I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?
Often, when you order multiple items we utilize different distribution channels. As such, many times each item will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you :)
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL...WHAT'S GOING ON?
Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ITEMS WITHIN ESTIMATED DATE OF DELIVERY
-Although our fulfillment house is located in America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, UK, and China. So we have to take into account when those countries observe holidays etc. These will push your item shipment date back.
WHAT’S YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?
If there is something wrong with your order ( wrong item, defective product, etc.), return it to us in its original packaging within 15 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to issue a refund or send a replacement.
Please Note: Although many of our items ship direct from our USA warehouse in Atlanta, certain "special order" items ship directly from the maker in Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China. Please allow 4-6 weeks for replacement on special orders.
Exchanges are a little more difficult since we order close to exact quantities of what we need. We usually order a few extras, but they go fast. If you need an exchange, email us and we’ll see what we can do.
Please Note: Customer pays return shipping on exchanges. The USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back to us any way you like.

WHAT’S YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
All products will be processed within 1-4 business days of purchase. Please allow 5-15 days for US delivery on most items. Please allow 4-6 weeks for special promotional items as they are often in high demand and we may need to order from our exclusive warehouses in Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.
The cost of shipping varies depending on size, weight and quantity of order. Our standard shipping is free of cost but for urgent shipping options, we charge legit extra charges to serve you well. For now, we only provide standard delivery options but if you need the product immediately then mention it in remarks and we will arrange it for you.
We do ship Internationally. Please check out the product page of your item for more information or email us directly at email@example.com.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME WITH A WARRANTY?
It depends on the product but in general, 10DollarCart does not issue a warranty on its products. It is best to work directly with the manufacturer instead.
How can I pay for my order?Click on PayPal or Credit Card upon checkout.
Do you accept Credit / Debit Card?Yes! We accept major credit/debit cards via PayPal and NO PayPal account is required for checkout (except for a very few specific countries). Please choose "Don't have a PayPal account?" during check out.
When I proceed to checkout, it says “A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed.” What should I do?Please kindly make sure all information entered is 100% correct and there is no spelling mistake. Please also avoid short forms of City, and do not include the State information within the City input box. If the details are right but still the payment cannot be made, please contact us and we will get back to you shortly.
I paid with my credit/debit card, but why did I get an email from PayPal for confirmation?We use the PayPal platform, so even if you used your credit/debit card, you’ll receive a confirmation from the PayPal team.
